Job summary

Valencia Group operates LSCLone Star Court in Austin, TX and is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to ensure linens, amenities, and supplies are available for guest rooms and public areas. The role supports housekeeping operations, responds promptly to requests, and maintains storage areas and back‑of‑house spaces.

You will work with a team to deliver guest items, assist with special requests, and help keep the property clean and organized using hotel systems like Alice and StayNTouch.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.

• Proficient with hotel systems such as Alice and StayNTouch.
• Ability to work well in a team with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping closets and work areas.
• Respond to room attendants, supervisors, and management for supplies and items.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling from guest floors to designated areas.
• Set up and break down rollaway beds, cribs, and guest-requested items.
• Assist with guest requests and special cleaning needs as assigned.
• Attend monthly department meetings and follow training rehearsals.
• Use hotel systems to communicate and complete checklists daily.
