Qualifications

• Hotel operations or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with multiple computer programs (e.g., Alice, StayNTouch).
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linens, towels, amenities, and supplies to housekeeping closets and work areas.
• Respond promptly to requests from Room Attendants and management for supplies or items.
• Transport soiled linens, trash, and recycling from guest floors to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage and linen areas.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of rollaway beds, cribs, and guest-requested items.
• Respond to guest requests and assist with special cleaning needs as assigned.
