Job summary

Hard Rock International is seeking a House Person to support the housekeeping team by coordinating linen supplies, assisting with delivering guest items, and helping Housekeepers with cleaning tasks throughout the property.

This role emphasizes guest service, safety, and teamwork, with responsibilities to maintain clean hallways, stock supplies, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure Amplified Service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent; 6 months janitorial experience required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies.
• Maintain clean, safe, hazard-free work environment.
• Promote positive guest relations.
• Assist Housekeepers in cleaning rooms as needed.
• Stock caddies/carts with cleaning supplies, linen, amenities, and equipment.
• Deliver guest request items to guest rooms.
• Clean and stock linen closets.
• Empty and dispose of trash from Housekeeper carts and linen closets.
• Maintain positive and professional communication with all team members.
• Know and practice Hard Rock mission, values, and spirit.
• Perform duties in accordance with company standards and policies.
