Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Restaurant Host to create a warm welcome for guests, manage seating efficiently, and support front-of-house operations. Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Customer service experience.
- Flexibility with work schedule; may require extended hours.
- Must obtain Maryland license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency.
Responsibilities
- Greeting/welcoming and seating guests.
- Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
- Answering phone, greeting customers, and keeping track of seat availability in restaurants.
- Assisting wait/bar staff.
- Responsible for assisting with bussing and resetting tables.
- Responsible for cleaning host area and entrance to the restaurant.
- Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
