Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.

Responsibilities

• Host duties: greet guests, seat guests, assign staff, answer phones, manage seat availability, assist bussing and cleaning.
• Cashier duties: operate cash register, verify orders, greet customers, assist with bussing and cleaning, handle interruptions and maintain safety.
