Qualifications

• RAMP certification required.
• Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to read, review, and understand seating charts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with seating choices.
• Accommodate guests with special needs or seating requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory controls and State Gaming Agency guidelines.
• Answer phones and take reservations or messages.
• Maintain accurate wait lists and seating times.
• Occasionally bus tables to speed seating when needed.
• Interact with guests, employees, and third parties professionally to reflect the venue and brand.
