Job summary

Green Valley Ranch Resort is hiring a host/hostess to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will answer phones, coordinate seating, balance cash, and maintain a clean host stand while staying aware of dining room activities and guest needs.

Restaurant staff will rely on you for accurate communication with management and for upholding service standards during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a fast-paced high-energy service environment.
• Ability to courteously and efficiently interact with Guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Manage time effectively with minimum supervision and obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Guests pleasantly, quickly, and efficiently.
• Answer phones, take reservations, and coordinate reservations.
• Maintain knowledge of facility, amenities, and service standards.
• Balance all checks and handle money at end of shift.
• Ensure cleanliness of host/hostess stand and surrounding area.
