Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a part-time Greeter/Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage the waitlist and assist with bowling setup and instruction. The role involves handling sales, operating the POS, and supporting the team in a lively entertainment venue.

The position offers an evening and night shift with weekend availability. Applicants must be at least 18 and comfortable with alcohol-service age requirements. Benefits include meal discounts and a fun work environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience.
• Proven success in school/previous job experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Greeters/Desk Attendants set the tone for guests entering our doors and provide the first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and track lane/shoes/other equipment availability.
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures.
• Notify mechanics of any pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues.
• Assist guests with basic bowling instructions.
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers and P/A system.
