Job summary

Thind Management seeks a Front Office Manager to oversee the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out and outstanding guest service that aligns with our standards.

You will supervise front desk agents, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, coach staff, review occupancy and reports, and partner with the General Manager to uphold policies and drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in front desk operations or guest services with supervisory exposure.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk agents and ensure smooth guest service.
• Coordinate check-in/check-out, registrations, payments, and room assignments.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly.
• Train and mentor front desk staff and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate with GM and other departments to uphold standards and revenue.
