Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus.
• 2-3 years in a supervisory/manager role in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine service.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for memorable dining experiences.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Proficiency with reservations and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in restaurants.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
