Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our front-end team. You will provide remarkable guest service at the Guest Service Counter and handle cashiering, returns, and other transactions to support store operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a "Say Yes to the Guest" attitude by providing remarkable guest service.
• Perform front-end functions including cashiering, bagging, and operating money order/electronic payment/postal machines.
• Assist guests with returns, overrings, and overcharges; conduct cashier accuracy audits.
• Provide backup services to employees in Guest Services, cashiering, bagging, and cart pushing.
• Support Guest Service Manager and Senior Guest Service Manager in their absence.
