SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Airport South is hiring a Hotel Front Desk Associate to deliver world-class service at check-in and check-out, greet guests, and address their needs to create a memorable stay.

You will handle guest requests with a positive attitude, maintain professionalism, and support guests with local information, ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience. This role emphasizes quality service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide courteous service.
• Provide guests with information on local attractions and hours.
• Handle credit card imprints, cash handling, and balance a house bank.
• Post charges to guest accounts and close accounts at checkout.
• Address guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with deposit boxes as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
