Responsibilities

• Greet guests and residents and provide information in person and by phone.
• Process payments and deposits accurately.
• Run reports and submit maintenance requests to keep office efficient.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and communicate inquiries promptly.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and resolve conflicts.
• Maintain front desk and reception area cleanliness and organization.
• Oversee retail and inventory, restock and track levels.
• Manage reservations and check-ins/outs via the property management system.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
