Job summary

Bally's in Shreveport is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to clean guest rooms to our standards and greet guests professionally. You will stock amenities, report room status to dispatch, and assist guests with information about hotel and casino hours and events.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safety procedures. Excellent communication with guests and staff is essential. Comprehensive benefits and employee perks are provided by Bally's.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Technical/other training or better.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms with amenities placed as standards dictate.
• Provide friendly greetings to guests and housekeeping personnel.
• Report status of all guest rooms in assigned rooms to dispatch.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping cart; keep it neat and organized.
• Inform guests about hotel, casino, and restaurant hours, events and promotions.
• Communicate room status to dispatch personnel and inspectors.
• Be knowledgeable about Bally's programs, promotions, activities and functions.
• Respond to guests’ complaints and resolve problems.
• Follow safety procedures including fire, crowd control and bomb threat protocols.
