Job summary

Biloxi Lodging, Biloxi, MS, seeks a Ticket Office Sales Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service while selling tickets, passes, and memberships for resort attractions. You will manage POS transactions, answer guest inquiries, and assist with group reservations to ensure a smooth experience for visitors.

Ideal candidates are friendly, professional, and detail-oriented with strong cash-handling skills and the ability to work weekends and varied shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in ticket sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred.
• Experience in a resort, theme park, or entertainment venue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional guest service at the ticket office.
• Accurately sell tickets, wristbands, passes, and event admissions using POS.
• Provide guests with information on pricing, promotions, and attractions.
• Assist with online ticket redemption, group reservations, and pre-purchased packages.
• Process payments (cash, cards, vouchers, digital), balance drawer, and reconcile at shift end.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of transactions and report discrepancies.
• Direct guests to entrances, restrooms, food service, and guest relations.
• Assist with group check-ins, memberships, and special event admissions.
• Support with data entry, ticket inventory, and daily sales reports.
• Collaborate with Attractions, Guest Services, and Security for smooth operations.
