Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation and waitlist systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly as they arrive.
• Seat guests based on availability, party size, and special requests.
• Manage reservations and waitlists; update reservation systems.
• Provide guests with menu information and wait times; answer calls.
• Escalate guest concerns to management when necessary.
• Maintain an organized and clean host stand and logs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers to manage seating during busy times.
