Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Biloxi, MS is seeking energetic ushers for theater patron services. You will assist guests, scan tickets, guide seating, handle Nightlife entry, and ensure compliance with venue policies.

The role requires flexibility for late nights, weekends and holidays; strong customer service, basic math, and basic computer skills are essential. Prior experience in guest services is a plus.

• Must possess basic computer skills.
• Must have basic mathematical skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide).
• Background in money handling skills.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Must be available to work both Usher and Nightlife Cashier shifts.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
• Responds to inquiries regarding property – directions to guest services, hours of operation, etc.
• Relays guest requests to appropriate staff.
• Sets up the handicap section and ensures upper balcony/box suite areas are set before doors open.
• Scans tickets as guests enter/exit and notifies Box Office Manager of errors.
• Operates theater POS and in-house systems.
• Processes and distributes complimentary entries.
• Handles cash, cash equivalents, and related paperwork per company policies.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
