Job summary

The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club in Aurora, CO, part of Sage Hotels & Restaurants, seeks a Front Desk & Guest Services associate to greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience. You will handle cash, operate the front desk systems, and answer guest inquiries with a friendly, professional manner.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays to support our hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong cash handling and basic math skills.
• Able to read written communications and operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and complete check-in procedures for arriving guests.
• Assist with guest departure and close guest accounts.
• Post monies and receipts, ensuring accurate charges.
• Answer inquiries and accept reservations, upsell room nights.
• Maintain knowledge of in-house events to inform guests.
• Operate PBX and manage wake-up calls.
