Qualifications

• Open availability; able to work nights, holidays and weekends; must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write, and speak English fluently; strong written and verbal communication.
• Solid clerical skills and computer literacy; good customer service orientation.

• Check guests in and out; assist with bookings, activities, and dining reservations.
• Answer guest calls promptly and provide information; reference literature when needed.
