Job summary

Whitetail Club Shore Lodge is seeking a Front Desk Agent who warmly welcomes guests, assists with check-in procedures, and provides orientation to the resort’s amenities and dining options. You will act as a friendly ambassador, guiding guests and members with enthusiasm and information across Shore Lodge and Whitetail Club.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ of guest service experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Proficient with MS Outlook and lodging software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Register guests at check-in and provide resort orientation.
• Provide information on facilities, events, and transportation.
• Process accurate reservations and maintain daily reports.
• Keep lobby and desk area presentable and welcoming.
