Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, complete check-in/check-out, and deliver outstanding service. You will answer questions, handle reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth stay.

This role requires good communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment. Flexibility with shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn PMS.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and perform efficient check-in/check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Maintain knowledge of room types and rates.
• Promote loyalty programs and collect payments.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
