Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle efficient guest check-in and check-out according to Riverside Hotel policies.
• Greet guests and respond to questions in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
• Verify guest IDs and payments, register guests with proper codes, and issue keys.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and wear the uniform correctly.
• Anticipate and address guest concerns, reporting issues to supervisors as needed.
• Block rooms for VIPs and special requests, and assist with room changes as required.
• Prepare necessary reports and assist with accounts and billing as needed.
