Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or event roles is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle high-traffic events.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
• Must have physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming attendees.
• Assist with event setup and signage placement.
• Monitor event areas for cleanliness and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event and facilities.
• Direct guests to seating, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff and vendors for smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management when needed for safety and experience.
