Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with GSA shift teams to relay important information.
• Respond to family questions with compassion and maintain professional boundaries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure communal environment and monitor access.
• Greet guests, check in/out families, and manage day passes and registrations.
• Distribute donations and essential resources to families.
• Support the family care department with check-ins/outs and welcome folders.
• Lead and coordinate a team of volunteers to assist in activities and restocking.
