Job summary

Legends Global is seeking event staff for the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City to help welcome guests and maintain a safe environment during events. You will guide attendees through entry points and support crowd management with professionalism.

Responsibilities include ticket verification, bag searches, seat assistance, and clear communication of venue rules. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in crowded environments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct guests and operate metal detectors or wands.
• Search bags to detect restricted items.
• Inform guests of venue rules clearly and politely.
• Verify tickets and credentials for events.
• Manage crowd flow and assist guests to seats.
• Address guest questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Report lost items and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate safety and emergency procedures as needed.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.
