Job summary

Legends Global is seeking event staff to be stationed at various posts during events at the T-Mobile Center. You will greet guests, direct them through metal detectors, scan tickets, and answer questions to ensure safety and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include bag checks, rule enforcement, credential verification, crowd control, and handling inquiries with professionalism. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Customer service is focal point of this position.
• Follow oral and written instructions and communicate effectively with others.
• Remain flexible and demonstrate skills in problem solving and adjust to situations as they occur without loss of composure.
• Ability to recollect and quickly retrieve relevant information.
• Ability to maintain patron, employee, and company confidentiality.
• Ability to maneuver around venue walk/sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers through metal detectors and/or scan with wands.
• Search bags to eliminate restricted items.
• Inform customers of event rules politely and confidently.
• Verify tickets and credentials; assist patrons to their seats as needed.
• Ensure only valid ticket credentials enter certain areas and manage wristbands or stamps when required.
• Assist with crowd control inside and outside the venue.
• Resolve problems and address complaints; contact management as necessary.
• Turn in lost and found items to Guest Services and document accordingly.
• Interact with guests, vendors, and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
• Communicate guest and staff safety and emergency procedures when appropriate.
• Work scheduled shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
