Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is hiring for roles at UW‑Madison events, concerts, and campus activities. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, and monitor entry points while supporting smooth crowd flow according to safety procedures.

You will work closely with a close-knit team, receive training in guest services and event safety, and have growth opportunities within the GardaWorld network.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services or event operations is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with visitors and team members.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and reporting concerns to supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide guests at events.
• Scan tickets and monitor entry points.
• Support crowd flow while following safety and security procedures.
