Job summary

BEST Crowd Management is seeking staff to provide welcoming, professional guest services at UW–Madison events, including games and campus activities. You will greet guests, scan tickets, monitor entry points, and assist with crowd flow while adhering to safety procedures.

You will receive guest services and event safety training, work in a close-knit team, and gain experience in event operations with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
