Job summary

BEST Crowd Management at UW-Madison is seeking staff for guest services at games, concerts, and campus events. You will greet and guide guests, scan tickets, and monitor entry points while supporting crowd flow and safety procedures.

You will communicate clearly with visitors and teammates, respond calmly to questions or minor issues, and report concerns to supervisors. Training in guest services and event safety is provided, with opportunities to grow within the GardaWorld network.
