Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort in Kentucky is hiring a Bellman/Driver to greet guests, assist with luggage, and provide directions and information about local activities. You will transport guests by van or golf cart and help deliver packages while ensuring a safe, welcoming experience.

Must have a valid class E driver's license and strong English communication skills. Full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE

As a Bellman/ Driver, you will greet and assist guests as needed and offer assistance with luggage, directions, activities or rides to other areas of the resort.

Responsibilities include:

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
• Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Qualifications

Personal Skills

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
• Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Demonstrate a consistent high standard of customer service and hospitality
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Projects and assignments are completed thoroughly, professionally, and with care.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum lifting & pulling of 25 pounds.
