Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort at Osage Beach is seeking a Bellman/Driver to welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide information about local attractions. You will escort guests to rooms, help with packages, and ensure rooms are ready for guest arrival. Excellent English and a professional appearance are required.

The role offers a full-time schedule with pay of $15.00 per hour, benefits, and a family-friendly work environment at Driftwood Hospitality Management's resort property in Missouri.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class E driver’s license.
• Strong customer service orientation with welcoming manner.
• Clear and professional English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide directions.
• Inspect rooms for order and supplies.
• Explain room features and hotel services to guests.
• Deliver messages and run errands for guests.
• Transport guests using van or golf cart.
• Respond to guest questions or complaints promptly and courteously.

MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE

As a Bellman/ Driver, you will greet and assist guests as needed and offer assistance with luggage, directions, activities or rides to other areas of the resort.

Responsibilities Include

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
• Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Qualifications

Personal Skills

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
• Must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Demonstrate a consistent high standard of customer service and hospitality
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum lifting & pulling of 25 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
