Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Osage Beach, MO, is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to join Margaritaville Osage Beach. This full-time role pays $15.00 per hour and requires you to escort guests, assist with luggage, and ensure rooms are ready while sharing information about hotel services.

You will transport guests, deliver packages, respond promptly to requests, and uphold a high standard of service with professional appearance and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Must have a Class E Driver’s License.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Accurate and timely information reporting.
• Adherence to Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Active listening and clear communication.

• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age

Reports to: Bell Captain / Front Office Manager

Must have a Class E Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum lifting & pulling of 25 pounds.
• Perform pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, and manual dexterity tasks.
