Job summary

Margaritaville Lake Resort Osage Beach MO is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to clean guest rooms and ensure comfort and quality for guests in a full-time capacity.

The role involves routine room cleaning, safety practices, and customer service. Reports to the Executive Housekeeper; pleasant demeanor and English communication are essential for guest interactions and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned guest rooms and suites daily.
• Strip beds, clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies.
• Report missing items and any repairs to supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines and use equipment properly.
• Greet guests warmly and check on their well-being.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay $ 15.00 Hourly

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of ageReports to: Executive Housekeeper

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms areas according to company procedures and at a level that meets or exceeds company standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Report to Housekeeping Office at the beginning of shift, pick up and sign out key, and return key when reporting to office at end of shift.
• Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and suites daily, including bed stripping, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, checking of room lights, air conditioner unit, television, spot cleaning, and stocking all room supplies.
• Report any items missing from rooms and suites.
• Report all items in need of repair to supervisor and maintain equipment used in work.
• Scrupulously follow all safety guidelines, i.e.: blocking open door with cart.
• Protect guest safety and well-being; follow all policies and procedures, i.e.: guest missing room key must get replacement at front desk with identification.
• Greet all guests with warm, friendly welcome; inquire about their well-being.
