Qualifications

• One year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and moving between areas of the hotel.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a memorable first impression upon arrival and during stay.
• Assist guests with arrival and provide information about hotel amenities and local area.
• Provide ongoing connection to guests throughout their visit and tailor experiences.
• Help orient guests to key areas and facilities of the resort/hotel.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure personalized guest experiences.
