Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Door Attendant for the La Quinta Resort and Club. You will greet guests, help with arrival, and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for hotel amenities and local area information.

The role requires a friendly, proactive personality, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Availability for weekends and holidays is expected, with a compensation of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.

The ideal candidate uses their engaging personality to create a memorable first impression for our guests as they arrive for the first time and throughout their stay. In offering a warm welcome to our hotel/resort, the Door Attendant assists the guests with their arrival and provides a source of knowledge for the guest for everything about the hotel, its amenities, and the local area.
