Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Door Attendant for the La Quinta Resort and Club in California. You will greet guests, provide information about the property, and assist with arrivals to create a memorable first impression.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide warm, accurate information about the hotel and local area.
• Assist guests with arrival and orientation to key areas and amenities.
