Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar guest service role within a luxury hotel, residential building, or private club is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a welcoming and approachable demeanor.
• Highly motivated and energetic personality with a strong commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Ability to maintain composure in busy and stressful situations.
• Confidentiality of sensitive guest and company information.

Responsibilities

• Manage welcoming and farewell experiences for guests, ensuring warm reception and departure.
• Coordinate luggage delivery to guest rooms and storage.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance.
• Identify VIP and returning guests and anticipate their preferences.
• Handle guest concerns related to bell services with empathy and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and valet to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with administrative duties such as reports and meetings.
• Temporary or permanent duties may be added or modified.
