Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks a Dispatcher to provide excellent internal and external guest service by coordinating with guests, engineers and other departments. The position starts at $21.00 per hour and requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include managing the CMMS, prioritizing dispatches, handling inquiries, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school or completed apprenticeship in similar trade preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment.
• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage computerized maintenance management systems to prioritize, manage and dispatch maintenance team.
• Handle guest and engineer requests; resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet colleagues and guests, foster a positive work environment and assist as needed.
• Provide hotel and department information to answer inquiries with minimal supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and accident prevention in the workplace.
