Winter Sports, Inc. is seeking a Lodging Desk Agent at Whitefish Mountain Resort Lodging in Whitefish, MT. The role handles guest check-in/check-out, provides resort information, and coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth stay.

You will use Streamline software, MS 365, and handle cash transactions while assisting with group arrivals. Weekend, evening, and holiday shifts are required to meet demand and support the resort’s operations.

Formación

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Strong customer service background required; 3 years minimum preferred.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adjust priorities to customer concerns.

Responsabilidades

• Register and check out guests for all WMRL properties.
• Interact with reservations via Streamline and prepare daily reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services to prioritize guest needs.
• Count and balance cash, prepare for group and wedding arrivals.
• Provide admin support and maintain professional office environment.
