Job summary

Whitefish Mountain Resort Lodging (WMRL) is seeking a Housekeeping Team Lead for the winter season. You will supervise the housekeeping staff, manage daily schedules, and ensure guest and owner properties meet high cleanliness standards.

This full-time seasonal role runs December through early April. Candidates should have prior housekeeping or supervisory experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping schedule and workflow.
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff.
• Ensure units are prepared for guest check-in daily.
• Monitor cleaning standards and report issues.
• Update status in Streamline throughout the day.
• Collaborate with managers and follow policies.
