Responsibilities

• Restock condiment areas as needed.
• Clean dining area, restrooms, and workstations regularly.
• Provide courteous and efficient guest service.
• Mop floors and clean spills promptly.
• Transport supplies to kitchens and restaurants.
• Inform supervisor of issues or feedback.
• Comply with Health Department regulations and safety protocols.
• Build relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Prioritize safety in all activities.
• Report shortages or spoilage.
• Familiarize with Whitefish Mountain Resort properties.
