Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Houston is hiring a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to welcome guests, answer calls, ring sales, and help with the bowling experience.

You will manage waitlists, track lane availability, assist with basic bowling instruction, operate the POS and PA systems, and coordinate with mechanics for equipment issues. Must be 16+, have excellent phone etiquette, and be able to work evenings or nights.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (Optional)
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to our guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow our cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log these issues
• Assist our guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
