Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Texas is seeking a part-time Greeter/Counter Desk Attendant to warmly welcome guests and drive the WOW factor for every visit. You’ll greet visitors, answer calls, manage the waitlist, and help guests start their bowling experience.

You’ll track lane availability, ring sales, assist with basic bowling instruction, and operate the POS system while reporting any equipment issues to maintenance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for the position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience optional
• Proven success in school/previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol as required by state law

Responsibilities

• Be friendly and inviting to guests in person and over the phone
• Manage the waitlist
• Track lane availability and assign lanes, shoes & equipment
• Prepare for leagues
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Notify mechanics of pinspotter/pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction
• Operate POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
