• Maintain accurate reservation records in the property management system.
• Review and approve monthly booking requests; monitor 24-hour holds.
• Coordinate seamless check-in/check-out and provide access instructions.
• Deliver responsive guest service and address concerns promptly.
• Provide administrative support: organize files, verify records, process payments, and manage mail.
• Compile booking data and maintain guest satisfaction and occupancy reports.
• Support reporting and data entry tasks for the department.
