The role involves providing exemplary customer service by supporting store operations such as Shipping/Receiving, Stock Room, Cash Office, and administrative duties.

  1. Maintain supplies for Office and Facilities needs, as well as grooming products for associates.
  2. Coordinate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely and correct invoice approvals.
  3. Support shrink reduction initiatives by adhering to company policies and reporting violations.
  4. Manage accessories repair services with external vendors.
  5. Oversee engraving and embossing services.
  6. Assist with inventory preparation and management.
  7. Evaluate and improve store processes for efficiency and effectiveness, providing suggestions when necessary.
  8. Ensure merchandise processing complies with company standards.
  9. Read and execute various shipping, transfer, and inventory documents accurately.
  10. Handle Cash Office processes to ensure POS audit compliance.
  11. Control and replenish supplies as directed by management.
  12. Demonstrate passion and respect for the product, maintain positive demeanor and professional etiquette.

Salary range: $16.5 - $21.43 hourly.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Minimum of 2 years in Retail Operations support, customer service, or sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing.
  • Strong affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand and career growth desire.
  • Team-oriented with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work standing/walking shifts and lift approximately 20 lbs.
  • Capable of supporting receiving and stocking functions, including packing and unpacking stock.
