You will respond to questions, coordinate with other departments to resolve issues, assist with bellman duties when needed, and help maintain a high level of guest satisfaction. Shift work includes 1st/2nd/3rd and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing service roles preferred.
• Ability to listen and respond to guest requests effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Check Owners/guests into villas and explain amenities and local activities.
• Respond to questions and route issues to appropriate departments.
• Identify room features and assist with luggage or bellman duties when needed.
