Job summary

Fairway Forest Resort in Sapphire, North Carolina seeks a welcoming Front Office team member to join our property. The role handles guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Full-time, hourly, year-round work with 40 hours weekly and 8-hour shifts. Weekend availability and night work required. A robust benefits package is available to the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/business certification preferred.
• Experience in front desk or guest services is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins/check-outs and assign rooms in the system.
• Manage payments, verify guest identities, and issue room keys.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room status and guest concerns.
• Answer calls, handle requests, and provide directions and information.
• Maintain accuracy in billing and reports, including daily cash handling.
