Formación

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations
• Minimum of High School education

Responsabilidades

• Greets guests and assists with check-in procedures
• Answers phones promptly with a smile and answers questions or transfers as needed
• Maintains front desk area clean and organized
• Handles guest inquiries and requests
• Processes payments and manages cash handling according to policy
• Escorts VIPs to rooms and assists with check-in
• Attends promptly to guest needs and inquiries
• Performs other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
• Follows privacy and data handling procedures for guest PII
