Job summary

Winter Park Resort, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experience at Winter Park. You will supervise staff, partner with leadership on purchasing and service standards, and support bar and floor operations.

The role requires experience in high-volume F&B, staff development, and strong organizational skills, with a focus on safety and quality. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in F&B operations supervision.
• Catering experience required.
• Colorado alcohol server training or completion within 30 days of employment.
• Food Manager and Allergy training certificates or courses within 14 days of employment.
• Must have valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure policy and health compliance.
• Coordinate front and back of house, kitchen, dining, events.
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, payroll.
