Responsibilities

• Assist guests with planning their stay.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engagement.
• Establish relationships with local area restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Resolve problems and WOW guests when needed.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Interact with hotel staff and other departments.
• Communicate important information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
